How to make the perfect cup of tea:

• Boil freshly drawn water, the oxygen in the water brings out the true flavour of the tea.
• Use one tea bag in a mug or cup. If using a teapot use one tea bag per person and one for the pot.
• Pour the freshly boiled water over the tea bag and allow to brew for 3-5 minutes.
• Add milk and sugar if desired.
