Ingredients: Rice Flour (40%), Wholegrain Rice Flour (31%), Maize Flour (25%), Quinoa Flour (3%), Emulsifier: Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids.
Preparation and Safety: Cooking instructions: Oven. Preheat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, gas 4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan. Gently fry the onion until soft, stir in the garlic and bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the mince and fry until the meat browns. Stir in the tomato purée, chopped tomatoes and wine and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 15 minutes, add the basil and mushrooms and season to taste. To assemble the lasagne, rub a 18cm x 23cm oven proof dish with a little oil. Spread about a quarter of the meat sauce over the base of the prepared roasting tin or dish. Cover this with one fifth of the white sauce, then arrange a single layer of the lasagne sheets over the top. Repeat this process until all the lasagne sheets are used up, finishing with a final layer of white sauce. Sprinkle over the Parmesan cheese. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
