The floss is made from high strength fibre which glides between teeth and is shred resistant.
Flossing helps to reduce gum disease and tooth decay by removing plaque from between your teeth and below the gum line where a toothbrush cannot reach. Dentists recommend daily interdental cleaning.

Usage: Flosser: Gently insert the flosser between the teeth using a backwards and forwards gliding motion. Slide the flosser up and down in a gliding motion exerting pressure on each side of the tooth. Repeat for each tooth. Rinse thoroughly after use. Toothpick: Using the flat edge of the toothpick next to the gum, insert between teeth. Gently clean teeth using a gentle in and out motion. Single use only. Dispose of responsibly after use in household waste.
