Italian style Fairtrade ground coffee. Rich & Chocolatey. Our blends showcase beans from across the coffee belt, from Colombia in Latin America through to Vietnam in Asia. Wherever possible, we buy our coffee direct from cooperatives and growers at origin, ensuring our sourcing is ethical and sustainable. On arrival, our coffee beans are blended and roasted for best body and flavour, to the same exacting standards every time.

Bean types
Arabica beans are grown at higher altitudes producing a soft, balanced flavour. Robusta beans are grown at lower altitudes producing a stronger flavour and higher caffeine content, which adds more body to the blend.
Roasting
Our Italian style blend is roasted to a precise time, temperature and colour. This coffee is medium dark roasted to produce a rich and chocolatey flavour.
Preparation
Filter coffee machines: Follow manufacturer's instructions. Cafetières: For 1 serving, add 1 tablespoon of coffee to 200ml 'off the boil' water. Wait for 3 to 5 minutes before plunging.
