Sweet & Sour Chicken. To pan fry. Before cooking: Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add 400g of diced Chicken breast. During cooking: Pan fry for 5-6 minutes, stir regularly. Stir in the contents of the jar of sauce, simmer for 8-10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Moderate heat. 13-16 mins.
