Before Cooking: Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add 500g of Sainsbury's beef mince.
During Cooking: Pan fry for 5-6 minutes until beef is sealed or brown. Stir regularly. Add the contents of the jar and cover with a lid. Simmer for 30 minutes or until the beef is thoroughly cooked.
