Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Hob
To heat on the hob. Before heating: Empty contents into a saucepan. During heating: Stir continuously. After heating: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To heat on the hob: Moderate heat, 3m 30s.
Microwave
Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Stir halfway though. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave on full power: 700w: 5 mins, 800w: 4 mins, 900w: 3 m 30 s.
