Preparation and Safety
For the perfect infusion, boil freshly drawn water. Use one infusion bag per person. Alternatively, if preparing a teapot, use one per person and one for the pot. Allow the bag to infuse for 5-7 mintires depending on prefered strength. Best enjoyed without milk.
