This blend of premium Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes fron the most highly regarded vineyards delivers enticing floral aromas and notes of fresh peach and buttered toast. It is supremely elegant, with fine bubbles and a lovely fresh finish. The Louis Kremer Champagne House was founded in the mid nineteenth century. Only the highest quality grapes are sourced for this Champagne and the wine is aged for 3 years in the cool cellars of the winery in Reims to add finesse and impart the characteristic toasty biscuit notes. A perfect companion to smoked salmon canapés.
