Preparation: Before cooking: Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan. Measure 300ml (1/2 pint) semi-skimmed milk. During cooking: Pour a little milk into the pan and mix. Stir in the remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 2 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
