Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Hob
before cooking: Allow 75g of rice per person. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add salt if desired. Add rice to the pan and stir. During cooking: Return to medium heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes. After cooking: Drain well and fluff up rice with a fork before serving. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
