Sebastien took over the small family estate in 2011, and has exceeded the success of his father. Now operating on biodynamic principles for all the wines, they are all left to barrel over two winters. Planted on a shallow soil which overlays the parent rock of hard Jurassic limestone, this wine is 100% pinot noir, and is from 2 parcels of old vines at the edge of the village near the border of Vosne Romanee.
