Microwave: From Chilled
Power: High (800W)
Time: 4 mins
Pierce the film at several places. Place tray on a microwaveable plate and microwave on full power for 4 minutes, peel back film lid, stir and re-cover. Stand for 1 minute. Instructions are based on an 800W microwave oven. For lower wattage ovens, heating time should be increased.
Oven cook: From Chilled
Temperature: 190°C. Fan 170°C, Gas mark 5
Time: 22 - 27 mins
Place meal on a baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven for 22-27 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute for tray to regain its rigidity.
Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some small pieces may remain.
