Rowse Taste Discoveries Honeys are 100% Pure & Natural - just like nature intended: with nothing added and none of the natural goodness taken away.Rowse Acacia Honey is made by bees that forage on the nectar of the Robinia Pseudoacacia tree, commonly known as black locust.  This honey is light in colour, fruity and has a typical waxy flavour and vanilla back notes.Strength 1: Delicate & Fruity

Preparation and Usage
Drizzle onto porridge, yoghurt, pancakes & waffles. Pairs well with wine and cheeses. Use as an alternative to sugar to sweeten drinks.

Easy Chicken KormaEasy Recipe, Serves 4Ingredients500g chicken breast, cut into chunks1 large onion4 cloves garlic2 inch piece ginger2 big tsp ground cumin2 big tsp ground coriander1/2 tsp turmeric1 big tsp garam masalachilli powder (optional)1 tsp salt2 tbsp Rowse Acacia Honey50g ground almonds100ml cream300ml watersunflower / vegetable oil (or ghee if you can get it)Method:Blend the onion, garlic and ginger and a dash of oil in a food processor until smooth. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large shallow saucepan, and add the pureed onion mix. Add all the spices, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chilli. Cook on a low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure they don't stick; you can add a bit of water if it starts sticking occasionally just to keep it bubbling away. This stage is the most important as it's where the flavour of the curry develops. The spices and onion will turn a lovely deeper colour and smell fantastic.Add the chicken, water and honey and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked, add the ground almonds and cook for another 2 minutes to thicken, turn heat off, add the cream, stir in and serve.
