Cooking Guidelines: Shallow Fry - From Frozen: Cook straight from frozen. Simply heat a non stick pan until its of medium heat. Remove Riya's Wholemeal Chapatti from its individual wrapping and place it onto the pan to cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, pressing gently with a flat spatula to ensure even cooking and encouraging the chapatti to puff up. Repeat on each side until the chapatti is cooked evenly on both sides.
