Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and maintenance of normal muscle function and immune system. Vitamin B6 and B12 which helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and contribute to normal function, normal red blood cell formation and function of the immune system.
How to use:
Consume 1 sachet daily, either direct from the sachet or added to water.
