Application: twist or cut the capsule and pour the dose of oil into your hands, then rub the oil in between your hands to form an even coating. Distribute through the lengths and ends of the hair. Drop your empty capsule into hot water to dissolve. No need to rinse off but can be applied to hair the night before wash day. For best results, use 1-2 nights per week and sleep with hair in a protective style.
