1. Twist or cut the capsule and pour the dose of oil into your hands.
2. Rub the oil in between your hands to form an even coating.
3. Apply evenly throughout the hair.
4. Do not rinse, style hair as usual.
5. Drop your empty biodegradable capsule into hot water and watch it dissolve.

For best results, use weekly on freshly washed, damp hair. Can also be used on dry hair in between washes to refresh curls.
