Rémy Martin TERCET is the latest creation from the iconic Cognac House, taking inspiration from three Masters - the Wine Master, the Master Distiller and the Cellar Master.
Together, they symbolise the diversity of their craft and the tradition within the House of Rémy Martin. To create this new blend, Francis Nadieu the Wine Master carefully selected the grapes when they were at the height of their potential, and then pressed them gently, producing a clear and aromatic wine.
Jean-Marie Bernard, the Master Distiller then began the slow distillation process, cautiously managing the heating of the pot still in order to preserve the most aromatic notes in the heart (le Coeur) of the batch.
Finally, Baptiste Loiseau the Cellar Master carefully selected each eauxdevie and aged them separately in French oak casks in order to conserve their unique profile. The toasted character of the casks magnifies the blend and brings out the richness.
Fruit forward with a long finish, an explosion of intense notes of fresh tropical fruits and dried yellow fruits, followed by gently spiced notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, preserved ginger and a hint of liquorice. Sip this unique blend neat or over ice.
