Cooking Guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled : 12 Min Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Brush with a little oil. Place on a baking tray. Cook on the middle shelf. If cooking from frozen, cook for 18 minutes. Hob - From Chilled : 6 Min Preheat 1 tbsp of oil. Fry over a medium heat, turn halfway. Cooking Instructions - General : Remove all packaging. For best result Hob cook. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving.
Storage: Keep refrigerated and use by the date shown on front of pack. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. Quorn Peppered Steaks can be frozen on day of purchase and kept for up to 3 months. Do not refreeze once thawed.
