History
TWP Wines is run by Stefano Girelli, whose family has been at the heart of Italian winemaking for three generations.

Regional Information
The Nero d'Avola grapes are grown in organic vineyards in the Trapani area, which is north of Marsala, to the extreme west of the island - Trapani is an area perfect for organic production.

Vinification Details
The grapes are very gently pressed after de-stemming., undergo a short maceration with the skins and fermentation takes around 10 days at a controlled temperature of approximately 18°C.
