Established back in 1859, Louis Jadot has been steadily working to acquire only the best vineyards in Burgundy. The buttery Les Referts Chardonnay is planted on the well-draining chalk and clay soil of the commune of Puligny-Montrachet, resulting in a beautiful and rich white wine with notes of hazelnut and fern. Our suggestion? Age it for a few years to develop aromas of truffle and tobacco.
