Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifoli) 0.9%

Chamomile Essential Oil (Piper Nigrum Seed Oil) 0.5%

Directions:

Place 3-5 drops of the oil and some water into the top of an oil diffuser or oil burner. When desired relax & breathe in the invigorating fragrance. Chant the affirmation 6 times in your mind.
