In the routine, the cleanser is massaged onto clean, dry skin or foamed in circles on damp skin, then emulsified and rinsed. The essence is applied by pressing into the palm to rebalance pH, or by patting onto a cotton pad to tighten pores. The serum is dabbed onto the face with fingertips, smoothed around the eye contours in a V, and piano-tapped to depuff under the eyes. The cream is carved from the nose to temples, sculpted from the chin to the earlobes, drained to the neck, and smoothed from the centre of the forehead to the hairline.
