Preparation and Usage: Serves 2. Serving Suggestion - Fry 400-500g pork mince in a little olive oil until almost cooked. Add in the ragu and bring to a simmer, cook until piping hot and the pork is throughly cooked. Serve stirred through cooked penne, conchiglie or other shaped pasta.
