Make It Traditional
Seal 400g diced pork shoulder in a casserole dish, then add 330g of Potts' Pibil Sauce, cover with foil, then the casserole lid. Oven cook at 150°C for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs until meat is cooked and breaks apart when pressed with a fork. Serve on soft corn Tacos with pickled red onion, jalapenos or your favourite Mexican condiments.
Make it vegan
Stir fry a sliced red pepper and 300g of pulled style soya protein and cook for 5 minutes. Add 330g of Potts' Pibil Sauce and gently bring to a simmer. Simmer until cooked and piping hot (approx. 5 minutes). Use for Tacos or Fajitas with your favourite Mexican salsas and condiments.
