Directions:
Can be spread on bread and toast, added to cereals, used as a replacement for refined sugar in most recipes, or taken by spoonful* as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
*For adults and adolescents over 12 years: 1/2-1
Tablespoonful daily (15-30g), for 5-12 years: 1-2
Teaspoonful daily (10-20g) and for 1-5 years: 1/2-1
