 A nautical-inspired expression from the proud purveyor's of London's spirit.Bottled at a punchy 57.1%, it is a mightier and more flavourful version of Portobello Road's London Dry Gin and has been seasoned with English sea salt.The gin is distilled with English-grown wheat and Portobello Road Gin's signature recipe of nine time honoured botanicals: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, liquorice root, cassia bark and nutmeg. A small amount of English sea salt is added at the end of the distillation process resulting in a subtle yet distinct flavour.It is intense, ginny, punchy, characterful, mixable and has a distinct maritime edge to it. Navy Strength Gimlet:  The Gimlet is perhaps the most well known of all the naval cocktails and is a staple on many a cocktail menu having originated in the late 19th Century.  Ingredients:40mls Portobello Road Navy Strength20mls Roses Lime CordialSeasonal flowerSlice of limePreparation:Pour the gin into a large glass with fresh ice, followed by the lime cordial. Garnish with lime and a seasonal flower.  Army & NavyThe Army & Navy is a citrus delight with its short but punchy character. The English Sea Salt in it beautifully complements the citrus element of the drink so much so that no garnish is required for this cocktail!Ingredients:60ml Portobello Road Navy Strength Gin8ml Giffard's Orgeat15ml freshly squeezed lemon juicePreparation:  Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
