History
Bodegas Portia is the most iconic winery in Ribera del Duero, a perfect link between winemaking and architecture, a union that provides the ideal place to create unique and different wines, where they work with a balanced technical and artistic flair.

Regional Information
Rueda D.O. is characterized by its altitude, between 700 and 800 meters, with a continental climate, marked by long and harsh winters, short springs and very hot and dry summers. This year, the weather was favourable both during the vegetative and ripening process and during the harvest. The wines stand out for their balance between acidity and alcohol content. They also have good structure and great aromatic intensity

Vinification Details
Harvesting at night allows the grapes to maintain all their organoleptic qualities, as well as a balance between alcohol content and acidity. Once in the winery, the grapes are cold macerated for a few hours before being pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to maintain all the characteristics of the best verdejo white wine.
