How to use!
- Freeze ice packs overnight.
- Put your ice pack in your lunch box on top of your food, as cold air travels downward.
- Clean your ice pack with a damp cloth - it is not dishwasher safe.
- Refreeze and re-use.

Polar Gear ice packs contain non-toxic, treated water, chich is not harmful if swallowed. However, do not swallow the contents of this pack. For cooling purposes only - do not heat or pierce. Maximum temperature limits from -18ºC to 60ºC. Confomrs to BS EN 12546-3
