Cooking instructions: StirFry
Moderate/high heat 3-5 minutes Before cooking: Drain liquid from product. Heat a tbsp of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add the tofu. During Cooking: Stir Fry until golden brown. Stir occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
