How to use the product: Shake gently and use up to two sprays in each nostril daily. For adults aged 18 years and over, 2 sprays into each nostril once a day, preferably in the morning. Once symptoms have improved, you may be able to reduce the dose to one spray into each nostril once daily. Use the lowest dose that effectively controls your symptoms.
