History: For the love of Pinot! A wine so good we've named it twice. Pinot Noir has won admirers the world over with its seriously smooth and easy-drinking style.

Regional information: The delightful aroma of the Macedonian wines is the result of the combined influence of the Mediterranean and continental climates, with warm summer days and cooler nights.

Vinification: Grapes were hand-harvested at the end of Summer and fermented in temperature controlled Inox tanks for 6 days.
