The vineyard is one of the biggest and most spectacularestates in France. Its vines are planted in the sand and could escape from thePhylloxera that destroyed almost all the European vineyard in the late 19th century.
Grapes are grown in Sable de Camargue, a region ofexceptional natural beauty and biodiversity. Pink Flamingo gets its name fromthe flamingos that feed in the salt waters around the vineyards. The vines growin the sand and survived the phylloxera epidemic, making Grenache truly indigenousto the region. The vineyard is classified NATURA 2000 territory andsustainability is at the hearth of our winemaking. Almost one thousand living species have beenidentified in our estates by ecologists-biologists. The animals have discovereda haven of peace.
