Top TipsPiccolo Baby Risotto is perfect for batch cooking and freezing.Add milk, creme fraiche or a vegan alternative to make it creamier.For a softer texture add extra water when cooking and mash lightly with a fork.

Hob - From Ambient. Makes 4 portions1 Heat contents with 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.2 Add 420ml of boiling water.3 Cook for 15-17 mins stirring occasionally.4 It is done when tender to bite.To make 1 portion: add approx. 3 tbsps of risotto to 1/2 a cup of water
