Storage

24 hours in the fridge. 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment. In the freezer at -18C until the date indicated on the packet. Do not refreeze after defrosting.


Preparation and Usage

COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING

For the best result, we recommend reheating in the oven.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 180C. Place it in the oven on middle shelf and reheat for the indicated amount of time. Traditional oven: 10-12 min - Fan oven: 8-10 min. Leave to rest for a few minutes before serving.


Microwave oven (defrost setting - 150W): Remove the mini baguettes from their packaging and place them in the microwave oven. Cook for approximately 3 min on the defrost setting. For a crispier crust, slice the mini baguettes and place them in your toaster for 1-2 min on a medium setting.
