Frying pan: Fry without adding fat in an open pan on a medium heat for 10 to 15 min, stirring regularly.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 180C. Spread the quantity required on a plate in a single layer. Place it in the oven on the middle shelf and reheat for the indicated amount of time. Stir half-way through cooking. - Traditional oven: 25 min - Fan oven: 20 min.
