Preparation and Usage

DEFROSTING

Microwave oven (defrost setting - 150W): Place the pineapple chunks in a suitable dish and defrost on the defrost setting. Stir halfway through: For 300 g = 8 min - For 600 g = 15 min. Leave to rest for 15 min in the fridge before serving.


Fridge: Leave to defrost 7 h in a suitable dish.
