Preparation and Usage: THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED BEFORE CONSUMPTION. Microwave oven (900 W): Remove the plastic packaging. Reheat for 4 mins 30. Oven (180°C - WARNING the temperature must not exceed 200°C): Remove the plastic film. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Cover with a sheet of damp baking paper. Bake for 40-45 mins.
