Preparation and Usage
• Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (th. 6). Remove the brioche from its plastic film and place it on a rack in its mould. Heat for the time indicated. Rotary oven: 15 min Conventional oven: 17 min Let the brioche rest for 15 minutes at room temperature before tasting.
• Microwave oven : Place the babka with the paper tray on the tray of the microwave oven and let it warm up for the time indicated: Power output of the microwave oven: 2 min at 750W 1min30 at 900W Let the babka rest for 5 minutes at room temperature before eating.
• Refrigerator: Place the babka still in its packaging in the refrigerator and let it defrost for 8 hours Remove babka from refrigerator 15 minutes before eating.
