And this new recipe has the good taste of home made, with its pure butter shortcrust pastry, smoked lardons and free-range eggs. For two or alone, they only make a mouthful.

3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment. In a freezer at -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging. Never refreeze a defrosted product.


Preparation and Usage

COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING

Oven: Preheat the oven to 210°C. Remove the quiche from its cast, place it on a tray lined with baking paper and put in the oven on the middle shelf. Reheat for the indicated amount of time. 

Traditional oven: 21 min - Fan oven: 18 min.
