Engineered and made in France, the mill is adjustable with six settings from extra fine to very coarse, according to the type of grind you need for cooking and seasoning.

The two-stage grinding mechanism effortlessly shatters then grinds the dry salt crystals to the desired grain size. Salt intensifies aromas, balances other flavours and makes vegetables tastier. The gear mechanism is made of durable stainless steel that is treated to prevent corrosion and rust, and guaranteed for lifetime longevity.

The salt mill comes either partially filled for immediate enjoyment or with a sample sachet of Cristaux de sel blanc d'Allemagne a dry white salt that comes from Germany, and is perfect for everyday cooking. To refill, simply unscrew the top knob, lift off the top and pour in your salt, to a maximum size of 4mm. Use only dry rock salt. The olive wood has a silky-smooth oiled finish to bring out the grain.
