Engineered and made in France with a water-based Chocolate finish, the mill is adjustable with six settings from extra fine to very coarse, according to the type of grind you need for cooking and seasoning.
The two-stage grinding mechanism effortlessly shatters then grinds the peppercorns to the desired coarseness, bringing out all the aromatic depth of pepper by selecting the right grind for your taste. Choose very finely ground pepper to bring out its spice when cooking, or a coarser grind to highlight its aromas, flavour and texture, for example, when adding to a salad. The gear mechanism is made of durable stainless steel that is treated to prevent corrosion and rust, and guaranteed for lifetime longevity.
The pepper mill comes either partially filled for immediate enjoyment or with a sample sachet of Tan Hoi black pepper from Vietnam, which has warm woody tones. To refill, simply unscrew the top knob, lift off the top and pour in your peppercorns, to a maximum size of 6mm.
