Peugeot's patented system helps you select your desired grind. Twist to create your precise balance of flavour through six settings, from extra fine to very coarse. The salt and pepper have different, perfectly engineered, two-stage grinding mechanisms which first effortlessly shatter and then grind the salt crystals or peppercorns to the desired coarseness. Features Peugeot's renowned steel mechanism for pepper, and unique Zirlion mechanism for salt, taking all dry sea and rock salt.

Through two centuries of experience, Peugeot has expertly engineered each salt or pepper mill and their separate mechanisms, specifically for the consistency and shape of the salt or peppercorns. This grinder transforms them into your desired grain size. The stainless steel gear mechanism is treated to prevent corrosion and rust for lifetime longevity.

The Cristaux de sel blanc d'Allemagne is a dry white salt that comes from Germany, and is perfect for everyday cooking. To refill simply click the lid, lift off and pour in through the large aperture your dry sea or rock salt to a maximum size smaller than 4mm, or your peppercorns to a maximum size of 6mm.
