Perstorp Attika 24% is traditionally used when pickling herring, gherkins, beetroot etc.Tip: For sparkling, non-streaky windows, add 50ml Attika and 5 drops of washing-up liquid to 5 litres of water. Wipe after cleaning.

Perstorp Attika is pure, 24% acetic vinegar. Do not consume undiluted.This product is used in various dilutions in Scandinavian recipes: - For Vinegar Essence 12%: mix 1 part attika with 1 part water.- For Marinade Vinegar 6%: mix 1 part attika with 3 parts of water.- For Household Vinegar 3%: mix 1 part attika with 6-7 parts water.
