Cut strips from the tape roll and remove the backing paper. Place on the breasts to lift and hold in the desired shape.
Please note: Our tape is hypoallergenic & medical grade however please avoid if you are allergic to band aids/plasters or do a patch test for 24 hours using a small section of tape on the chest area to rule out any reactions. Please read our Skin Safety Guide before application.
Handling the tape too much can cause it to stick to your fingers so using one hand to press on to the breast is advisable. Use a mirror to ensure you stick the lifts down in the desired place at the collar bone and not too far into the middle of the chest or to far into the arm pit!
