Red Wine

The Crozes Hermitage appellation is on the left bank of the Rhône. On these pebbly terraces, the Syrah grape expresses itself fully. producing a wine with a spicy black fruit character balanced by elegant, silky tannins.

• History: Founded in 1834 in Tain L'Hermitage, Domaines Paul Jaboulet Aîné oversees an exceptional heritage that unites the most famous terroirs of the Northern Rhone Valley. 120 hectares of vines from Cornas to Côte-Rôtie. Under the guidance of winemaker Caroline Frey, meticulous vineyard care, combined with state-of-the-art winemaking craftsmanship, produces tailor-made cuvées that have been certified organic since 2016.
• Regional information: A stony plain of glacial origin, with deep soils made of pebbles and clay. Our Crozes Hermitage comes from vineyards, located in the terraces of Les Chassis.
• Vinification: Aged for 50% in French oak vats, 25% in French oak barrels and 25% in stainless steel for 12 months.
