The very first modern commercial winery in Paso Robles after Prohibition, Daou Vineyards’ Hoffman Mountain Ranch was the dream of pioneer Stanley Hoffman and world-famous wine consultant André Tchelistcheff. Hailing from the ranch’s chalky soils, the Patrimony Cabernet Franc has an incredibly deep and concentrated character with plenty of minerality. On the palate it’s powerful and rich, with velvety tannins and a long finish balancing out its intensity.
