Preparation and Usage
This product must be cooked.

Instructions
Tandoori Chicken Cooking Instructions:1. Mix together the paste and 70g natural yogurt.2. Add the chicken pieces, leave to marinate for a few hours or overnight for a fuller flavour, covered in the refrigerator.3. Grill under a pre heated hot grill for approximately 15 minutes turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked.Equally delicious with salmon, prawns, lamb or vegetables

Shopping List4 chicken breasts5 tbsp natural yogurtTasty Tandoori Chicken for 41 Mix together 1/4 of a jar of spice paste with natural yogurt.Coat the diced chicken and place in the fridge for a few hours, or leave overnight for a fuller flavour.2 Place onto a foil-lined tray and grill for 15 Mins turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.Try with 1/2 a cauliflower cut into florets and a handful of diced peppers.
