Shopping List250g butternut squash, peeled and cut 1cm cubesSmall bunch of corianderKorma Spiced Daal Meal for 2:1 Boil the lentils and butternut squash on a high heat in 750ml of water for 15 mins or until they start to soften.2 Stir through the paste and simmer on a medium heat for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.3 Chop and stir through the coriander.
